November 24. The night was wintry cold. Down to 46º this morning and 53º in the house. Daddy was up a little early to get the fire going, and I was up not long afterward to get breakfast going. After breakfast I took my prayer notebook and went outside in the sunshine for a while to get warmed up. About 8:45, we called Christy and Connie and enjoyed some time with them. The time just goes too quickly. The cold winds came up early and blew on us even in lotu. Daddy preached this morning on giving, the first half of the last chapter in the discipleship booklet. Amos continued teaching from the book Bai Mi Maritim Husat? (Whom Shall I Marry?) There was a very small crowd in lotu today Don’t know where everyone was. (These "books" used in preaching and teaching time are discipleship material that was specifically prepared for the church.) We didn’t get to have a nap until after second lotu. It was some time after 2:30 or maybe going on 3:00 before we lay down. I was thankful for about an hour’s sleep. I have just been so tired this weekend after a long, busy week when Daddy was gone. Hadn’t even had a chance to write Monday’s lesson plans until today, and did that right after nap. Then I wrote in my journal until time to fix supper. This evening was busy with bath, washing dishes, trying to scan a picture that only wanted to scan as a PDF document, printing copies of the picture once I finally figured out that I had to cut all the words off the picture before it would scan as a picture, printing copies of science study notes, printing copies of science quiz, getting the next Bible lesson proofread and starting to get it set up in the students’ file.
