July 22. A nice cool morning. Rain late afternoon. During the first meeting this morning, Pastor Ogle continued his series on the Faith-Filled Family, continuing with “we are at war” from Ephesians 6:10-18. If we are going to stand, we need to stand, not in our own strength, but in God’s. This is not a physical battle, but a spiritual. However, we often see physical results of spiritual warfare. Everything that is evil originates in Satan. Satan wants to utterly destroy you and your family. There is no mercy. Satan can only destroy. Do you recognize that Satan wants to destroy you and your family? Our strength to stand comes from the truth that possesses us, not the truth we possess. Everything in this armor revolves around truth. 1) Loins girt about with truth—equip oneself with knowledge of the truth. Truth is the best defense against a lie. 2) Breastplate of righteousness—applying truth to everyday life; allowing truth to dictate everything we do. 3) Feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace—readiness to go and share the truth. 4) Shield of faith—be ready to use truth as a defense. A Christian’s resolute faith in the truth can stop and extinguish all of Satan’s flaming arrows. Always go back to the truth of God to protect against attacks. 5) The helmet of salvation, the hope of salvation—sin may take its toll, but ultimately we will get the victory, depending on truth for all eternity. 6) The sword of the Spirit—use truth as an offensive weapon. 7) Praying always—pray truth; a fixed time to pray, but also ready to pray at every moment (pray and watch). Without prayer, God’s armor is inadequate to achieve victory. Satan fears prayer because he fears the fact that you are completely dependent upon God for victory. The average Christian prays less than a minute and a half a day. The average pastor prays less than three minutes a day. How important is your family to you? What would you be willing to do to defeat the enemy? How much time did you spend this week praying for your family? What would it take to cause you to be awake, or be vigilant? The sermon in the second meeting was taken from I Peter 5:5,6, The Honor of Humility. A humble person’s goal is to elevate God and to encourage others. “We must humble ourselves under God if we want His grace in our lives.” A lack of submission is rooted in a lack of humility. We are to have an attitude of submission in everything that we do. We are commanded to be clothed with humility. This type of clothing had to do with an apron worn by a slave. Wear humility as a slave’s apron. This type of humility 1) has a lowliness of mind. The mind is what no one else sees. What do you really think of yourself. 2) Has a deep sense of one’s littleness. Since Christ humbled Himself to die for our sins, how should we not humble ourselves under others? 3) Has a humble opinion of oneself. Peter probably remembered Jesus girding a towel and humbling Himself to be a servant and wash the disciples’ feet. Don’t ever get too big to serve. Humility is the prerequisite for service, and service is the practice of humility. A humble person realizes “I have no rights.” Humble people are willing to wait and are not easily irritated. The reason one is to be clothed with humility is that God resists (sets battle against) the proud (pre-eminent, over-topping) and gives grace to the humble. God exalts humility and promises to bless those who pursue it. Where does this humility take place? Under the mighty hand of God. Exalt = raise to honor, dignity, happiness. C&C went off to see Kathy M who is now in residence at Cleveland House, an assisted living place, and seems to be much happier there. It’s not far from where we live. This evening, we listened to an online sermon together, the first in the series on Spiritual Warfare by Pastor Ogle. “And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.” I Samuel 30:6 A great example for us to follow: in a time of great distress, David encouraged himself in the Lord.

July 20. As soon as I came to the kitchen this morning, I put a pot of prunes on to heat and soak. Decided to eat some grain this morning for a change so cooked a small potful of quinoa. Had my morning drinks and quiet time. When the quinoa was done, I ate a small amount with some leftover veggies. Then I put in the first load of wash and sat outside for more prayer time. The first load of wash (sheets and towels and the bath mat) took a little longer to finish its cycle because it wouldn’t balance out, so I had to open it, rearrange the items, then let it start its rinse/spin cycle again. When that load was finally done, I took it out and put in the clothing load; then helped Daddy hang the first load out. While the second load was finishing washing, I made a smoothie and drank it. Opened up my computer and got it ready to use. Then we hung out the second load of clothes; and afterward, we checked Romans 11. It had quite a few more difficult spots than the other chapters, but we are thankful to always have the Lord’s guidance—through the tough spots as well as through the easier ones. Went for a nap early as I still wasn’t feeling well and slept an hour and a half. This afternoon, I made corrections for Romans 11, added it to the print file, and then added the English for chapter 12. The rest of the afternoon and into the evening, I worked on outreach lessons for MTC, although I took time out to make the bed with the clean sheets, fold and put away the other laundry that had been washed today, cook up the rest of the kale along with some carrots for supper, and eat supper. “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13 If, when we stray away from the LORD, we seek Him and search for Him with all our heart, He will surely be found of us. July 21. The Lord sent us a wind and rain storm during the night. I was thankful that the driveway was dry enough this morning so I could get my walking exercise. But first came making a batch of pancakes for Daddy, for today’s breakfast and for several breakfasts to come. Also cooked him a couple eggs to go on his first pancake and later cooked an egg for myself, to go on my veggies and quinoa. Snatched up quiet time while I was eating my breakfast; and then when breakfast was done, I was able to sit out in the quietness of the cool morning air and have a time of prayer. That is also when I took time for walking. After turning on the computer, I answered a couple e-mails. Then I spent an hour painting. 12:00 now. Oh, oh! I was supposed to make a meal for Daddy. Hurry and get the cod fish ready to go into the oven. Put on a small pot of rice. Cook frozen corn in microwave when fish is almost done. Rice wasn’t done in time, but Daddy put his fish on his slim bread with some mayonnaise and enjoyed it that way. So sorry that dinner was late. That made nap late too. After nap, I painted again until almost supper time. “7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. 8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1:7,8 We do not need to be concerned about the things of the future that we cannot see or understand. Our concern should be focused on what God wants us to do now, especially on the work of being witnesses of Jesus Christ. July 18. Since veggies were all gone, I needed to cook first thing this morning. Cut up a couple of the organic yellow squash I had bought on Saturday, along with some leftover celery Connie had in the fridge (what was left of it after I chopped off all the bad parts), and a couple pieces of fresh garlic. Sautéed those in some organic olive oil, added some herbs, and then turned the burner down and put the lid on so everything could finish cooking. Added seaweed, chives, and parsley at the end and enjoyed a bowlful topped with walnuts for breakfast. Quiet time came along while food was cooking and while I was eating. Then I sat outside in the fresh air to finish prayer time, after which I had my walking exercise before coming back inside. Turned on the computer and deleted a bunch of e-mails but didn’t write any today. Looked through our shopping list for here and that helped me think of a few more things to add to the PNG list. Took a stretch and fixed a bowl of yogurt and fruit. Then Daddy and I checked over Romans 9 and 10. Praise the Lord for His help with those two chapters. Took another stretch break and went outside for several more laps around the driveway and to pick up the mail. Then I made corrections for Romans 9 and 10 and set them up in the print file. Also added the English for chapter 11. This afternoon, I organized the PNG supply list in the Shopping List file, and also wrote out our shopping list for tomorrow. The rest of the afternoon, I worked on MTC course 2. “I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.” Jeremiah 27:5 July 19. We left a little before 9:30 this morning to do shopping. Had three stops to make today, but it didn’t take long to do the shopping because there weren’t that many items on the list. We had to make an extra stop back at Lidl’s to get bananas because Aldi bananas had gone way up in price, and they didn’t even look that good. We made a quick stop at Oak Tree Lodge too, to see if there were any openings yet. The owner said he remembered us, and there may be an opening by the end of the month. After we got home and got the food put away, I fixed a bowlful of fruit and yogurt. It was nearly lunch time, but I was hungry. Then I worked on the outreach lessons for MTC until well past noon. Daddy went off to Subway for lunch, and I didn’t have my lunch until after he got back. After nap, I continued with the MTC lessons. “And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the LORD your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof.” Joshua 23:14 I hadn’t realized that God repeated these same thoughts here in chapter 23. He wanted us to be sure to understand that He always keeps ALL His promises to those who obey Him.
July 16. Up and at ‘em at, well not as early as it should have been. But hair had to be washed, and that meant a little extra time getting ready for the day. After getting dressed and straightening the bed, I was ready to make morning drinks, and to cook eggs to go with Daddy’s pancakes. Put a load of clothes in to wash while I ate breakfast and continued quiet time. After helping Daddy hang out the clothes, I sat outside for more prayer time and then did five or six laps around the driveway. (I lost count—😊.) Then Daddy and I checked chapters 6 and 7 of Romans; and by the time we finished that, it was lunch time. While eating lunch, and afterward, I got Romans 6 & 7 set up in the print file, as well as the English for chapter 8. Then it was nap time. After nap, I got journal notes ready and sent them to Connie. Didn’t have any pictures to send this week. Reorganized some things in the kitchen so there would be room for water jugs when Christy got home from shopping. This evening, I finished up a lesson in MTC course 1. “But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.” Joshua 22:5 Obedience to the word of God is not a little thing. We are to take diligent (vehement, speedy, exceeding, great, mighty) heed (look narrowly, observe, regard) to do that which has been commanded, to love the LORD our God, to walk in ALL His ways, to keep His commandments, to cleave (adhere, abide fast, be joined, stick, pursue hard) unto Him, and to serve Him with ALL our heart and with ALL our soul. July 17. After I wrote an e-mail this morning (which was after I was done fighting with Microsoft’s updates which take up 100% of my memory and shut down outlook), Daddy and I checked Romans chapter 8. It had a couple sticky places, and we praise the Lord for His guidance and help through those as well as throughout the chapter. Afterward I made corrections and set up Pidgin 8 in the print file, and added English 9 to the file. Then it was lunch time. Spent my afternoon computer time working on MTC course 2, outreach lessons. This evening, the girls went to sit ‘n’ sew, I did the dishes, and Daddy and I were able to have a little time to ourselves. We started making up a supply list for PNG before reading the Bible and praying together. “6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.” I Timothy 6:6-8
July 15. A lovely morning. Thankful to be able to go outside early and walk around. In the first meeting this morning, Pastor Ogle started preaching on spiritual warfare and how it pertains to the spirit-filled family. Ephesians 6:10-14a, We are at war. “We must defend, and prepare our family to defend, against the enemy in spiritual warfare, or we will become a casualty.” The endowment: You and I cannot fight this battle in our own strength. We cannot fight the battle apart from the strength of the Lord or the power of His mighty power. The equipping: Put on the armor, the whole armor. That you may be able to stand—an urgency, to resist the enemy, the cunning craftiness of the devil. When you least expect it is when Satan will attack you, and that from your most vulnerable position. The devil will hit the hinder parts—the weak and sickly, the children and elderly, the women. Therefore, men, you must protect your family by putting on the whole armor of God and standing against these wiles of the devil. We are at war. The war is real. We need to put on ALL of the armor EVERY single day. Next week, he will look at the enemy and the equipment. The second meeting the sermon was from I Peter. I Peter 5:1-4, Accountability to the Flock. Three reasons to preach this text: 1) You and I need to be accountable to each other. 2) Peter addressed this passage to everyone. 3) There are some here who will some day be pastors. Ezekiel 34:1-10 shows how OT shepherds abused the flock. NT pastors must recognize to whom the flock belongs and that they will be accountable for how they cared for the flock. It was 2:30 before we got to nap and 3:30 when I got up. Since I’m still having a hard time using my eye today, I thought I’d try working on the next painting I would like to do. Didn’t actually get started painting, but drew the outlines of the birds. That in itself was a big little task. Right after supper I did the dishes. Then shortly after that, we had family time—sharing time tonight. “23Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off? 24Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.” Jeremiah 23:23,24 There is no distance to which a man can go and be hidden from God’s eyes. There is no secret place where the LORD will not see him. God is so great that He fills heaven and earth. July 13. Praise the Lord for sending us a good rain late yesterday evening. Don’t know how long it rained, as I was asleep before it stopped, but it was much needed, and we are thankful for it. Slept well and slept in a little later this morning. The morning went by so quickly. Had early morning drinks and quiet time. Didn’t have anything left for breakfast other than a piece of chicken so needed to cook some veggies—a skillet full of mushrooms, zucchini, and onions with other herbs. After eating breakfast, I sat outside in the refreshing morning air and had more prayer time. Then I managed to do six laps around the driveway, walking of course. Came inside and had a drink. Then started making the weekly soup. It was already going on 11:00 by the time that was on cooking. By then, I needed something else to eat so threw together a smoothie. And by then, I was ready to get off my feet and sit down. I was supposed to make a meal for Daddy today, too; but he was thoughtful and went out to Subway. Acknowledging supporters and sending out June updates by e-mail took much of the afternoon. Late afternoon, the soup was done; and after it cooled a bit, I pureed it and added a little to the bit of leftover soup and had it for supper. This evening, my eye was hurting from the fan air blowing in it so I didn’t really feel like doing much. Tried doing a little crocheting, but that was eye work too. July 14. This morning I cooked up a pound of grass fed angus beef and had some with my zucchini and mushrooms for breakfast. After breakfast and quiet time, I went out with the girls to market. There wasn’t a whole lot of choice of veggies, but I was thankful to find some organic yellow squash for $0.50 each. The people who had the organic veggies had a beautiful russet and white cocker spaniel named Ranger who enjoyed attention and being petted. Also bought a nice little cantaloupe and some fresh peaches. The girls bought a bunch of stuff. Then we stopped at Dollar Tree on the way home so Connie could get some items that she needed. As soon as we got home and I had put food away, I made myself a smoothie. Didn’t work at computer today because my eye still hurts, and the air still seems to be blowing in my eye. Used a fair bit of time crocheting, as one doesn’t have to look at the work all the time. Later in the afternoon, Christy took me out to Hobby Lobby to get some fine point paint brushes. Certain painting supplies were on sale for 50% off so got a good deal on the brushes. After supper, I cleaned off the kitchen table and took the table cloth off one end to make room for computers. “44And the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. 45There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.” Joshua 21:44,45 Although I’ve noted these verses before as I passed through Joshua in my own personal Bible reading, these same verses were a blessing to me again yesterday evening during our family Bible time. What other God is there so faithful and true to fulfill all His word and to give good things unto His people? O God, who is like unto thee?
July 11. It was refreshing to sit outside this morning and spend quiet time with the Lord in a quiet place. Also did a little walking, but my legs still hurt from being on my feet so much yesterday. Finally remembered to send the progress report to Pastor Ogle. Then Daddy and I checked chapters 4 and 5 of Romans, and I got corrections made for those and got them set up in the print file. We praise the Lord that we were able to do extra today. This afternoon, I got last week’s journal notes ready for Connie and transferred pictures to the computer and edited them so I could send a few of those to Connie too. Did dishes early in the evening. Then we had our family time in which we sang a couple songs and Daddy led us in studying some of the “I am’s” of Jesus. “20Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20,21 How wonderful to have a God of peace! And how wonderful to have a great shepherd, our Lord Jesus! Through the blood of the everlasting covenant, God will make us perfect in every good work to do His will. And He will work in us that which is wellpleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ. That which we cannot do in ourselves, God has promised to accomplish in us. July 12. Not long after breakfast and quiet time this morning, we headed out to shop. Glad to get out while the day was still somewhat cool, and there was even a breeze blowing. First stop was WalMart, which took us a little longer than it should have since they’ve rearranged everything, and we had some hunting to do. Next stop was Aldi which didn’t take too long. Then the bank to cash a couple checks. And last of all Verizon to pay the bill. All together we were out just a little over two hours. Back home by 10:30. Put away food. Had to leave a few things in the cooler. What time was left of the morning was given to writing the June update letter. Then Daddy proofread it, and this afternoon, I proofread it and got all the acknowledgments done for the ones to be mailed via USPS. Then Martha called via Skype, and we had turns conversing with her until supper time. After supper, there were a good many dishes to do. Then I played a little bit at the computer before we had our family devotions.
July 9. Praise the Lord for a nice cool night and a cool morning. Enjoyed a brisk walk in the fresh, cool morning air. Then we got busy packing. We had done quite a bit before so weren’t overwhelmed with a big job. Took a sit-down break and worked a while on an MTC (Missionary Training Course) lesson before fixing dinner. Chicken with gravy ‘n’ rice ‘n’ green beans for Daddy. Chicken ‘n’ soup for me. This afternoon, we did the vacuuming. Daddy did the dishes, and I continued working on the MTC lesson. Then we checked Romans 3 together. Praise the Lord for His strength and help in all that we did. After supper, we loaded up the van with boxes of food and some office items and a couple shipping items. Then we headed for the girls’ house. I was thankful to find places for all the food and to get that all put away. After coming back to the prophets’ chamber, I made corrections in Romans 3, added it to the print file and organized it alongside the English, and then added English chapter 4. “7Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7,8 Oh, that this might be applied to our lives! That we might trust in the LORD, and in the LORD alone, and make Him only to be our hope. For it is only the LORD who can save us and make us fruitful and without care even when drought comes. July 10. What a morning! Started out with a migraine even before I opened my eyes this morning so got up and went to the kitchen for a small bite to eat before I started feeling too sick. Then I went ahead and took a shower and washed my hair. After that, I went and had breakfast right away. By then I was already getting a bad headache. But there was lots to do. Three loads of wash—the bedding, towels, and our personal things. Fold the bedding and towels after they were dried and put them away. Do last minute packing—the rest of our clothing, toiletries, food, computers, Bibles, etc. Empty freezer and fridge and load up the big cooler, a cooler bag, a box, and a paper shopping bag with all the contents. Clean the bathroom toilet and sink. Shake out bathroom rugs and sweep floor. Sweep kitchen floor. Empty trash. Wash up dishes, dry them, and put them away, and load up the van. It was well-loaded too. Didn’t even have time to look at the clock, and was I ever surprised after we got on the road to see that the car clock read 11:45! After arriving at C&C’s house, Daddy unloaded the fridge/freezer stuff and I got busy reorganizing the girls’ fridge and freezer and putting everything away—almost. A few things are in the cooler with ice packs to keep them cool. While I was doing that job, Daddy was out back hanging out our laundry. By then I needed to get something to eat as I was starting to feel weak and felt the headache coming strong again. So I warmed up some soup and sat down to eat that. I was good and ready for nap by now, but first the bed had to be made. Christy’s bedding was taken off, and our bedding was brought in from car, shed, and utility room. Bed was finally ready, and about 2:15, we lay down for nap. How thankful I was for a nice restful nap! This afternoon, I set up my computer and turned it on only to have Microsoft doing updates. When I thought they were done, I got into Outlook, only to have the computer freeze up on me. Had to force shutdown. Then restarted, only to have the same thing happen again. Finally gave up on the computer and went to opening the packages that had come for us the past few days. This evening, the girls went to Ladies’ Bible Study. I washed up the mountain of dishes that were by the kitchen sink. Then I had something else to eat, and after that Daddy and I had our devotional time together.
July 8. Another lovely day. Less humid today. Was able to get out and walk a while early this morning before coming over to the girls’ house. Praise the Lord for the fresh morning air. In the early morning meeting, Pastor Ogle continued teaching on the Spirit-Filled Family. Ephesians 6:4, nurture = instruction, chastening, correction. Giving instruction involves time, energy, and repetition. God’s word continually repeats things because we need constant reminders. Children also need repetition. Correction can be a rebuke or chastisement. Sometimes rebuke needs to be public so that other people take heed. Sometimes rebuke needs to be sharp. Sometimes it just needs a few mild words. Even while very young, children should learn to live lives that are dictated by obedience and not convenience. It is healthy for children not to always get what they want. Very young children don’t need reasons for all that they are told to do; God doesn’t always give us a reason for His commands. Older children often need to have a reason so they can understand and learn to think for themselves. Don’t be cruel or unjust to your children, but be sure that the punishment is greater than the crime. Admonition is primarily Biblical training, whereas nurture covers many areas of life including practical training. Pour The Book into your children. Every moment is a training moment. Don’t miss the training moments. It’s a constant thing and can be exhausting. When your children disobey in some way, give them a Bible verse with a Biblical principle. Share with your children things that God is doing in your own life. That encourages them. 1.) Leaders and parents should punish and praise. Learn to praise. 2.) Leaders and parents should be balanced in authority. 3.) Leaders and parents should allow their children more and more freedom as they learn more about God and show responsibility in those areas. 4.) Leaders and parents should inspect what they expect. Give instructions and follow up on them. Hold your children accountable for what you ask of them. 5.) Leaders and parents are always training, even when they think they’re not training. Second meeting—I Peter 4:12-19, The Glory of Suffering. We must understand that God can use suffering to purify us and to make us a testimony to the world. Can you rejoice in difficulties? This afternoon, I played a couple computer games and then started crocheting a baby blanket. In the early evening, Daddy and I went out for a nice walk around the yard. Took some pictures of the flowering trees and some other interesting trees. “5Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 6For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.” Jeremiah 17:5,6 How this could be applied to America today! God’s people departing from the LORD and putting their trust in a man to save them, making flesh their arm rather than God. The LORD promises a curse to the man who trusts in man—he’ll inhabit dry, parched places and won’t see when good comes. July 6. Beth (Judy's sister) called shortly after we arrived at C&C’s house. It was good to hear her voice and chat with her a bit. We had planned to go out to WM this morning to look for an air mattress, but then Daddy got a bad migraine so we didn’t go anywhere. I spent the rest of the day working on one of the MTC courses. “And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.” I Samuel 15:29 July 7. Thank the Lord for a refreshingly cool day after all the heat. It was somewhat humid, but there was a nice breeze blowing most of the day. I put an acorn squash into the oven to bake while I was eating breakfast. After breakfast and quiet time, Daddy and I went out for a few minutes of walking. When the squash was done, I wanted to eat some, but found it to be much too stringy so will need to strain it. Ate a banana instead. Then Daddy and I went out to try to find an air mattress to use at the girls’ house. We saw that Big Lots was having their 20% off sale—today only—so we stopped in there and bought a few small items. We also looked at a queen size air mattress, but it was about 5 1/2 inches shorter than the one we saw online that WalMart might possibly have. So we skipped the Big Lots mattress until we had time to look at WalMart. Went off to WalMart but only got some bananas for the girls. WalMart didn’t have any air mattresses in stock. As we were leaving, we saw Joan McP at customer service and stopped to talk with her for a few minutes. Then we headed back to the house. I had a little bit early lunch since I was hungry. After a while Daddy went off to Subway to get his dinner for the weekend. He also stopped at Big Lots again and picked up the mattress we had seen in the morning. While he was gone, I worked on the MTC course “Olgeta Hap Graun” (The Whole World) After nap, I spent quite a while undoing some very naughty knotty yarn that Connie had tried to crochet with. Still have a ways to go to finish that up. Then Daddy and I went out and walked around. There was a strong wind blowing, and the air was very cool. Strained the stringy acorn squash that I had cooked this morning and ate it for supper. This evening, I did more work on the MTC course. “Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The LORD.” Jeremiah 16:21 |
