January 15. Washed clothes again this morning. Daddy went out by himself and did a little bit of shopping. I wrote a couple e-mails and worked on Bible lessons for school. At noon, we both went out and went to the Pacific Gardens Hotel for our anniversary dinner. (A late celebration. Their anniversary was December 23rd) Enjoyed a nice meal of chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy plus three veggies — broccoli, carrots, and zucchini. Walked around outside a while, going on part of the trail through the “jungle”, past the cassowary who could have cared less about people, and around to an exit farther down on the road. Most of the afternoon and evening, I worked on Bible studies in Revelation for school. Also tried to do some research on the web, but finally got tired of watching the circles go round and round while the screen stayed blank. “2Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. 3Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:2-3) January 16. Not a lot to do today. Daddy went out early by himself and got a few things. I wrote an e-mail. Later we both went out together and got a few things. After we came back, I started making dinner — rice with chicken (brought home from Pacific Gardens yesterday) and gravy, and a veggie medley — the rest of the broccoli and napa cabbage, a few carrots, and an onion. This afternoon, I worked on studies in Revelation. And this evening, I researched more art ideas.
