March 21. Made more yogurt this morning after breakfast, this time using the yogurt itself for a starter in milk. Went outside in the sunshine for a while with Daddy. Then he walked over to the airstrip. I didn’t go this time, but will wait until a path is cut through the seed grass to the center of the airstrip Must have been really tired at nap time. Before he lay down, Daddy went out to turn the water down; and I never even heard him come back in. Washed my hair after nap. Then it was time for school. Anna Jean is still our only student. It was very hot again this afternoon. People are remarking about the heat saying that it is a “narakain hat” (something else; that kind of heat is unusual for that area). Worked quite a while throughout the day on the student copy of Kristen Famili (Christian Family), putting in blanks for the students to fill in. Have about 1/3 of the file left to do. March 22. It was a busy morning. Judy came early to wash clothes. While she was washing clothes, I sorted and washed greens which she cut up after she hung the clothes out. Then we worked at the computer together. I showed her how to install the printer; then how to copy and paste verses from the e-Sword into a file; and last of all how to print them. At the same time, there were lots of people coming and going at the door. Sometimes Daddy went to the door, and sometimes I had to be there. I did manage to get my breakfast smoothie before things got too busy, but didn’t get the rest of my breakfast until almost 10:00 when Judy was done with her computer practice. After I finally had breakfast, Daddy and I went out for a little while in the sunshine. The rest of the day, I worked on the Kristen Famili lessons and finished getting the students’ copy ready. This evening, Daddy called Nehemiah to see how he is doing. He is still not doing very well. The doctors checked him for COVID, and the results were negative, but malaria testing shows a bad case of malaria. He needs lots of prayer. Then Daddy called Mike and Wenera, and things seem to be going well there. People keep bringing more and more children to their school, and they have way too many children. It is raining lightly this evening.
